Living Sensually & Somatically
Come home to your body through Living Sensually and Somatically. As a member you will get access to the monthly lifestyle guide that hands the keys to you so you can be the driver of your own healing journey. Each month we will explore somatic practices and internal belief work that when used in tandem will unlock the ancient wisdom that lives within you to heal the parts that are ready, nurture the parts that are growing, and celebrate the parts that are thriving.
Group Sessions
Feminine Flow
Somatic embodiment virtual group session for sacred womb & heart connection. Spend 45 minutes in a virtual group experience as you are guided through a somatic experience to feel the connection between your heart and womb space. Using breath, sound, gentle movement, and your intuition you will feel a profound inner connection that will ripple out long after the session ends. Feminine is hosted on the second Saturday of the month at 2pm central time.
Cord Cutting Ceremony
The Cord Cutting Ceremony is centered around somatic healing where we tune into the body to release energies left from people we’ve been emotionally, physically, and energetically intimate with. These imprints of energy can linger long after the person has left our life and can leave symptoms like:
-continuing to attract in similar people that trigger unhealed
parts of you
-feeling them around you still in dreams or bumping into them randomly
-obsessive thinking over them
-being unable to move on
-feeling lack of clarity and power over your energy
To clear this energy we need to resolve the attachment, which is what we will focus on in this ceremony, and will symbolically cut the cord tethering you to the people lingering in your field.
